Request Account Deletion for StudyFinder

If you wish to delete your StudyFinder account and associated data, please follow the instructions below. We’re committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly.

How to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Send an email to mamerto@codefrost.com from the email address associated with your StudyFinder account.
  2. In the subject line, please write “Request for Account Deletion”.
  3. Clearly state in the email that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify your account details and proceed with the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been successfully deleted.

Data Deletion Details:

  • Types of Data Deleted: All personal information, account details, and any data generated while using the StudyFinder app will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • Data Retention: Some anonymized data, not linked to any personal identifiers, may be retained for analytical purposes. This data is used solely for improving the app and cannot be traced back to any individual.
  • Retention Period: Please note that for security and verification purposes, your deletion request and the associated email may be kept for a period of 90 days following the account deletion. After this period, the request will also be permanently deleted.
